Scarisbrick Hall School Sixth Form has a schedule of special events that are informative and educational for our future students and their families.
Our Great Hall Lecture Series has been a success two years in a row since its began in January 2015 .
As the name implies, we hold these special events on our Great Hall. Each lecture is given by a leading educator or professional. They are designed to give a better grasp of how our Sixt h Form will be bringing outside experience in, to make our educational provision much more valid and useful for our students progressing towards University.
And of course, there is more to come. Register your interest using the form below…

Our first Sixth Form Dinner was held in the Great Hall on April 28 2016.
Our Sixth Form students were invited to attend a dinner in the Great Hall with the Head Teacher Mr Shaw and Head of Sixth Form Mrs Winstanley. Also attending were some of the Sixth Form teachers and our Y11 pupils who are joining the Sixth Form in September were also invited. During the evening Mrs Winstanley talked about how Students will be prepared for University, forthcoming Team Building events and Community Projects Abroad. Head Teacher Mr Shaw said 'The Dinner was a new event to enable our current Y12's and Y11's to get to know each other and find out more about the expansion and growth of the Sixth Form. I'm sure it will prove to be an Annual event in the Sixth Form Diary.
"Our students will have the opportunity to think outside the box which encourages intellectual exploration rather than going through the conventional examination hoops"
